Techtronics an international wholesaler has inked a deal to buy and sell ipods in bulk at wholesale prices direct from an Apple authorized dealer.
Overland Park, KS, October 01, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) -- Techtronics an international wholesaler has inked a deal to buy and sell ipods in bulk at wholesale prices direct from an Apple authorized dealer. iPod shuffle, iPod Touch, iPod nano and iPod Classic are all very familiar terms in 2009. Even to the extent that this generation has been called the iPod generation. Now Techtronics an international consumer electronics wholesaler will be distributing the iPods in bulk worldwide including the new Nano Video and iPod Touch 32Gb and 64Gb models.
Techtronics has inked a deal with an Authorized Apple dealer to buy iPods and other Apple products at wholesale pricing. Under the terms of the agreement Techtronics said the company would start out with the iPod Nanos including Red and Yellow (normally only available direct from Apple or an Apple dealer) and the iPod Touch in all 3 sizes. The Company said that they plan to add other products from the Apple line soon but did not say when this would happen.
Apple Inc. sold 10.2 million iPods during the 3rd fiscal quarter for 2009. Quarterly iPhones sold were 5.2 million, representing 626 percent unit growth over the year-ago quarter. The iPod is the de facto Music player and currently sets at more then 75% market share of the total MP3 players sold worldwide.
"We were getting calls almost daily for ipods asking if we could get them wholesale and until we were able to land this contract we always had to turn customers down. So we wanted to jump on the bandwagon and sell iPods and sell Apple products" notes Jason Stucky company co-owner. " Adding iPods and other Apple products allows us an opportunity to sell a great line up of products unmatched by anyone else in the industry. We use only Macintosh computers to run our office and so we not only sell Apple products we use them here at our offices daily. "
