I’m 14 years old. I’m trying to lose inches around my thighs. I clearly understand that you can’t lose weight in just one spot. I’ve already lose about an half inch on each thigh. I’m a dancer, so I already have toned calfs and slim thighs. I just want to get rid of the extra fat on my thighs. I have two exercise bikes at home. Building up muscle with bulk up my thighs, not make them slimmer, right? Which one is better for the purpose I want?:
I have a elliptical without the ski poles (Can’t find picture).
Wrong. The muscle will replace the place of the fat. Since muscle is 3 times more dense than fat, it only takes up 1/3 of the space. You can safely bike while reducing your size and increasing strength. I have.
As well, I don’t see the big deal about girls and getting any sort of muscle. We guys love it - and it’s a great sign you’re in excellent shape.
Try the weird rising and falling bike and the elliptical. For cycling, bike to the gym instead of driving.
